There are always moments in my day where I find myself visualizing all that I desire to become. Being an Aquarius with an ADD mind I am a huge dreamer, with high hopes and drive for excellence in a BIG WIDE WAY. I have a humble heart with massive drive that strives to accomplish and create true greatness. What does this greatness involve? What is it going to take to reach the reality of this vision? What steps NOW can I take to put me on the desired path of complete fulfillment? Where do I put my focus and awareness towards in order to set sail on course? What really should be done in my mind is to prioritize on a total cost of time/energy that will guide me forward in a progressive effective manner that will leave me open promising avenues that I can take in the future where I can adapt and take the necessary actions. My big picture dream and vision is to create an empire. Exploration Creations International will be a new and expanding empire corporation that will be based in a thriving metropolitan city so that its public will have the best quality access to its services. It will be the commanding  Mothership hub of seven companies that will guide, inspire, teach, and share by focusing on entertainment, music, sports, animals, travel, real estate, and cultural/business development. Exploration Creations will overlook the complete operations of these companies and will encourage the celebration and education of worldwide passions by promoting and providing its desiring public with the knowledge base of what the world has to offer through taking risks, discovering the unknown, and establishing a strong confident sense of self. The mission of Exploration Creations will be to create a worldwide sharing community established globally in multiple cities that will welcome all cultures allowing them to transform and grow by utilizing life changing resources that will be provided by the company’s entities. Exploration Creations will consistently strive to provide a motivating and efficient working environment by focusing on a family structured business model that specializes on the productivity and efficiency of the company. Exploration Creations will be a global impacting resource to the public by reaching out and setting respectful examples by executing positive results. The following seven companies of Exploration Creations will all provide a worthwhile contribution to the success of the empire and be a core foundational support for the ongoing challenge and responsibility of the company as a whole. This is an enormous responsibility on my inner soul to thrive with this vision, but deep down I have recently struggled on the style and approach of pursuing this amazing love to live. I believe I have to SURRENDER this big picture vision/dream and COMMITT to a realistic, driven, and fierce action plan where I can maintain an ongoing confidence that provides me with the sustainability to excel. As I have said for years I am on a fence in the middle of a crossroad where the world is wide open for my taking. I have to deplete the self pressure, my fears, my guilty ego, and make some wonderful decisions for ME. What is the best option NOW for me? Is there even a BEST option? My sister advised last year that I take one thing in my life and surrender the big picture and focus on one passion, one area of my life to feel it out, make progress and see where my life leads me. Am I capable of pursuing that advice? Haven’t done it, will I do it, can I do it, and how can I do that? Throw away my distractions, isolate myself to write, write, write, or put myself back into the work force and surrender to the office. There are always positive and negatives in any of those ideas, but when will I commit and decide. Vamos por favore Ryan!
