GIDDY UP Y'ALL: DAY NINETY THREE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

I have such an amazing, gentle, eye2eye connection with the creatures of the world. Due to my extensive moving lifestyle (22 houses 15 schools 32 countries etc...) I have encountered a wide variety of humans, but lack the confidence, maturity, and facing conflict skills, to successfully communicate and maintain quality relationships. With animals though there is an instinct, a voice, and a respect level that is established when I see them in nature or in a domestic setting. My voice changes, I make kissing noises, and my motherly demeanor/sense of humor comes out like the one when I see a bab/toddler. Very similar. Is it the non-verbal communication relationship that works so well?  I so have to improve my interpersonal skills with humans I know. Be more proactive, not hold back, and not care about hurting others. Both sides of my families don't deal well with conflict. I guess who does, but there are wonderful open accepting welcoming families out there that don't have so much drama, dwell on the past, and worry about what others think. At least I can be aware and have the desired willingness to overcome, but have to take the action by facing it when given the opportunity. Which I am not that good at. Back to the beauty of animals and love I so endure with them. Haven't owned any pets of my own (MINE), but so have a real connecting passion for them. Maybe since I tattooed some wolves on my forearms. Surely my senses (sight, hear, and smell) are quite excellent. I definitely have a dog in me. No doubt about that. In good and bad ways. Have wonderful instincts, I am a survivor, an explorer, a mysterious wanderer, a prowler/predator in life pursuing my passions and fighting off the distractions. I did horseback in the Bavarian forest one summer. A wonderful sunny misty day among the trees in Southern Germany near Immiling. The heart and pursuit of the animal, and how they maintain life is such an admirable fascination of mine. I thrive to educate myself more and more. Embrace my wildness. Get down and dirty. Understand nature and Her wildlife. Beautiful living gifts that breathe and strive just like me- RVB

SUNSHINE OH SUNSHINE: DAY NINETY TWO WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

The beauty of heat rays down upon your glistening skin filling you with unforgettable energy that lasts a lifetime can be so soothing and lovely if you can appreciate its abundance. I know that there is the holey O-Zone, Ultra-Violet Nonsense, and itchiness, but the strength of RA, the sunrise of Sol, and the He-Man shine from above is so powerful. What kind of relationship do you have with the Sun? Mine is surely a love-hate one since my sea-blue changing eyes of Buchanan are quite sensitive and my skin enjoys being soft and cool. The Sun comes along on a blue moon and gets me good. Freckles me up winged-style on my shoulders as I passed out on the beaches of Turtle Bay on the North Shore of Hawaii. The rays flicker in my mind and tremble my temples with an occasional migraine, wincing me through the day, and pounding me along the path of pain. Then there are the deep down days of sunshine sharing for the sake of others, reaching beyond, and enjoying the Light of Life bringing others up, lifting them in hopeful ways, guiding, advising, listening, and teaching. Spread those wings, open up, and let what is within you, roar about with fire, and create all that you are capable of DOING, and take action forward. So so so believe in your mind, don't limit yourself, explore, and find a way to enjoy being free in all that you pursue and celebrate. That's right, so right with vigor. Thanks- rvb

WHY ME? DAY NINETY ONE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

WHY NOT? Heaheheha Life gives us wonderful and awful challenges that we have the power to face or avoid that mold our characters and build us up or drags us down. It is what we overcome that creates who we are and how we deal with all that we pursue. What kind of drive do you possess? How do you utilize all your resources? What kind of cards have you been dealt? What have you discarded and what have you gained in the process of progression throughout your journey? Do you play a victim? Are you proactive? What style do you possess of dealing with hardship and conflict? Do you ever dwell on WHY ME? How come this happened to me this way at this time in my life? Do your best to focus on the NOW. Do what you can do during this moment in time. I have a tendency to dwell on the future or mope on the guilt of not doing something NOW that I started THEN. It shouldn't be WHY ME but HOW NOW? right?- RVB

SHARE YOUR JOY: DAY NINETY WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

There is something that brings me so much joy when I provide myself with the joy to share my joy with some one that is willing to accept and celebrate my joy. What joys do I have in store to share? A smile, a hello, a wink, a laugh, advice, a story, a song, or even a pat on the back or a supportive hand or a handshake. What can you do in your day to bring more joy to you and others that surround you? How do you spread your joy? Do you live a joy-filled life? What kind of joy can fill this world to bring it to a more peaceful world? Life can be so much more peaceful if you stride and thrive through its surrounding inhabitants with a joyful mind and a calmness sense of peace and pillowy movement. MUSICAL BLISS: DAY EIGHTY NINE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

I was so blessed to be brought up by loving and sharing parents that enjoyed a wide variety of wonderful celebrating music. There were records, singing, radio blasting in cars singing along with the windows down. I have always had a curious interest in the creation of music, the history of its progress, and how it's sounds affect the soul of the listener. I never studied music, can't read notes, but sure play a mean harmonica, can explore the 88 ivory keys of a piano, and have a banjo in my room that awaits my attention. Boy how music soothes the mind, brings motivation to my day, and uplifts my energy to keep learning more and more. In 2003 I even wrote a movie about progression of American music through time and how one man can discover its beauty traveling on the road listening and learning with a determined musical mind. What is on your TOP TEN list of songs, artists, and bands? How many live concerts have your eyes witnessed? Which music touches you most? I really desire to have music part of my life. I have to bring it back somehow in my daily life. I have to get an I-Phone or something with an "i" in it so I can have music on my person. There is something about an instrument solo or an artist exploring his/her range of voice that really gets me good. Its such an inspiration to hear an artist reveal their gifts to the world with their music. If you have musical gifts please DO YOUR BEST to tap into your true potential, sing out loud, join a choir, create a band, practice your instrument, do what it takes to enjoy the beauty of musical bliss. LETS GET ROCKIN!- rvb

PRESSURE PRESSURE: DAY EIGHTY EIGHT WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

Within a day where ever you may be there are so many options of what one puts their energy towards. You can go there this way and do that, or you can decide not to do that and do this instead that way, or even you can do this and that, while doing that and this and at the same time be preparing for all that lies ahead. Time management is a huge challenge for many of US. Yes me people I truly struggle with focusing and prioritizing my time in a self-worthy manner where I feel completely satisfied and fulfilled. With time management follows also what you spend your time doing, how you do it, and if/when you accomplish what you start. This is an even bigger and frustrating task for me as I am a wonderful starter, but horrific finisher. With this type of talk discussing frustration and something horrible I truly put a lot of pressure on myself which causes a lot of self-guilt which results in bringing me down, and eventually disables my motivation and energy TO DO. I live a roller coaster life that is getting quite old. Like a Coney Island roller coaster, Collosus at Magic Mountain. My time is way over due to hone in on my craft and choose what ever path I decide to go forth on. Follow my passions (PICK ONE or can I do it ALL?) in music sports & film and celebrate my potential and gifts. If I choose the path of international development cultural center creator which involves all my passions, will my self pressure decrease and allow me to be more confident with myself? Will I be more peaceful and comfortable with my visionary path? What do I have to do to start this vision? Will changing my living environment, getting a car, and being on my own be a good start? Is this BIG DREAMING PICTURE world for me? Can I a surrender to the Maum Meditation life and live a secluded life in peace with them and ONE/TRUE with the UNIVERSE. Its a true struggle for me; energy, motivation, past guilt of feeling failure of not following through,. perspective, diet, daily living environment, the travel grind, instability, insecurity, DO I HAVE TO LET IT ALL GO TO BE LET FREE.... as I get older the pressure continues YES, I have made peace with somethings but pursuing this film project I feel I am living the same way in a sense...not working at anything major...can I follow through with this....I have committed and vowed YES to create a FINAL PRODUCT.....will I allow my distractions once again to prevail...can I afford to do that again? In the life and mind of RVB.....have to get serious soon....will I make it in enough time? Its a must..I will...Love2You- RVB

FRESHIN UP: DAY EIGHTY SEVEN WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

If there wasn't the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains in my state of California I would be living in a desert here in the County of Los Angeles. I have lived in Southern California mostly all my life. Was born at the beach, then up in the mountains, then back to the beach, then up to LA, down to La Jolla, back to LA, then up to San Francisco for school, finished uni in San Diego, then to San Jose to begin real work, back to LA, down to the beach, and now in the beautiful town of Alhambra in the San Gabriel Valley. California is a DRY state, recently slight humidity has arrived, but nothing compared to the Southern states of Georgia, Louisiana or Texas. I would describe myself as a sensitive guy. If you know me well enough I can be very finicky at times, unpredictable, and sometimes irrational. Like my mama, I don't deal with the heat well. Ideal day 70s with slight sea breeze, sunny, but not too bright for my sea-blue eyes and racing-all-over-the-place mind. I would describe myself as a MOIST GUY, meaning always enjoy feeling fresh; water in hair, lotioned up, long showers, and  staying hydrated. I am not a metrosexual guy who has to always look good, feel good, and worries about what others think of me. I  am just more comfortable and at peace with myself if I feel cool (literally). Don't get me wrong I like to look good/presentable, and feel the part, but deep down respect my body. It's sacred for sure, I treat it with honor. I gave up smoking years ago (May 13th 1995), I have been sober for 4+ years (February 18 2008 no booze or drugs not even aspirin) and have been a vegan for close to 6 months. This lifestyle allows my body to be fed with pure fresh elements giving my body a great flow from head to toe. It provides me with a  sense of goodness & newness that I oh so desire to pursue. I do my best to be good to me in order to maintain a well balanced peace of mind so I can be good to others. I believe its a beautiful way of thinking and living in order to live to my full potential. In order to love others you must love yourself. Am I at my full potential... not even close. What is my full potential= Sharing my gifts at the best of my ability for the sake of others, Always room for improvement y all- RVB
