BROOKLYN: DAY TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
All you hackers I hope you are reading this and listenly closely to what I have to share. You know those secret password questions that ask the city where you were born? Yes those list of questions that get your through security in the password retrieval line? Well when I am asked where I was born I always say BROOKLYN. Yes that borrough over that famous vast wide bridge that takes you into my soul. I used to be a boxer in 1920s that always strived to get a break and win a fight on Friday Night at MSG. Butch Buchano from Brooklyn the Battler that thrived to battle in and out of the ring. From the back alleys to the main stage arena. Always a lover of attention under pressure enjoying the wearing of a nice suit and stiff classy hat. A bowler will do, along with a tilted Stetson, or even a knitted cap that fits just right. The bright lights and fog off the flowin East river below. There just not an energized inspiring city like New York City. Being a citizen of the United States of America with a history so short, NYC sure has a little bit of it all. Variety of culture; Chinese, Italian, Irish, Haitian, Puerto Rican, Dominican...music; jazz, opera, hip hop, folk....fashion, food, museums, cab rides, Central Park runs & rides, holiday festivities and parades, finance, publishing, and so much more surprises. Being a Dutch Irish explorer with a rich historical drive to make history, I surely strive to make strides from Battery Park to the Bronx in the city where I always arrive with my walking shoes, and leave with an unforgettable passion to share my joy with those that are curious enough to ask.
