PHYSICAL HEALTH: DAY TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THREE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

The ongoing flow of inspiring and motivating energy that allows you to stay open and optimistic with a confident clarity that will provide promise and a fury faith of loving liberty in your life for a lifetime is a constructive challenge to consistently conquer. There is a base foundation that we all deserve and it must be understood from within. Thanks to Ironman woman PE coaching teacher Leslie Skow that rocked my world with pull ups BMI ratings reaching out flexibility crossed armed certified Army sit ups while I lastly feared from behind everyone and sighed running the mile never under 9 minutes, but created the essence and power of muscle memory in my fitness journey. Where does your health stand in your daily grind? How is your water intake? Define diet? What nutrients do you gather in your body? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Does exercise exist in your mind? Can you push yourself to sweat? The importance of a respected awareness of your body and how it works is such a vital part of who we are, where we are going in life, and the opportunities that await our committed drive. So many of us in our indulge, surrender, and give in to the destructive world of tasty saturated buttery sugary yummy goodness that build bulging rolls, added chins, and hips that stretch out wide starting from our thighs. There must be a sense of educating control and the ability to be good to oneself through a well balanced lifestyle that includes hydration, some kind of exercising movement, quality sleep, and a diet that is not depriving but all that you are and eat. Before one can grasp a sense of goodness through their PHYSICAL HEALTH, one must believe they can provide for themselves in a progressive living and working environment that they can maintain what their mind and bodies desire. Through fighting weight, fat cells, insecurities, roller coaster Hollywood, endurance, sugar, I have endured in self experiments, cleanses, and extensive transformation in a lifestyle where I am a sober vegan. It is a daily dedicated commitment that I happily choose to live. Discover what brings your happiness, provides your ongoing replenishing inertia, and allows you a pursuit of a wonderful loving life that is full of abundance. Stop making excuses, stop giving into manmade medicines, drink your H20, sweat a little, and believe in your choices. A fair chance is a good start. It is never too late please
