WAKING UP: DAY EIGHTY FIVE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
Ideally for the sake of our flowing bodies we should be living what I call within the farmer's lifestyle/cycle; up before dawn near 4-5am and then in bed close to 7-8pm, since our bodies and its precious organs maintain this ongoing cycle around the life of the SUN. Unfortunately US humans rarely utilize this ideal situation as WE stay up too late, indulge in midnight snacking or partying, and/or just live a life outside these parameters. Little do we know that certain times of the day specific organs are doing their thing fighting through the confines of their own living environment as US humans are feeding them excess poisons, not getting enough sleep, and living an unbalanced erratic lifestyle that throws the whole cycle in disarray. What kind of life style do you lead? Heavy or Light Sleeper? Early Morning or Late Morning/Mid Day Riser? Are you in control of your metabolism? Are you aware what your metabolism does and the things you can do to enter into its world? A good majority of US humans especially here in the USA live a "GOING WITH THE FLOW" way of life where we eat what we want to eat at whatever time we want, exercise is possibly a monthly task, water is unseen, and sleep deprivation is all over the place. With processed diets, stressing judgment, and obesity on the rise, if we can't get in control of the health of OUR nation and have a desired understanding of transforming/overcoming this horrific reality, we are in store for a scary future filled with sluggish productivity, high medical expenses, and a truly sick nation. We must start in the homes, in our schools, and within the grassroots communities allowing people to realize the damage they are doing to our youth and young people with all these processed foods and sodas. Exercise and water are a must, and we must educate people about the importance of essential nutrition and how easy it can be to introduce them into the daily lifestyle. I am truly fed up with OBESITY all over this nation. People have to stop giving up on themselves and begin caring about their health. Set an example for our youth and desire change. It's not fair when young babies and toddlers begin looking like their parents since they are being fed soda and chips by the age of five. Is this child abuse? It should be since these parents aren't giving their children any hope of living a healthy lifestyle, giving them food that is abusing their bodies. It's ignorance, laziness, deprivation, disrespect, and wrong. We also have to blame the big corporations who manufacture this food. The ingredients that are put into making them are disgusting causing our nation to rise and crash, feel sluggish and depressed, get hooked on the feel good taste cravings, and really bring down the motivating energy work ethic as a whole. If you eat crap, you are going to feel like crap (YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT) and if you feel like crap you are going to work like crap or not feel like working at all. So if our nation desires to get off the couch and start feeling good about itself once again we have to focus on the health of communities and the diet cycle that is the energy force moving forward- RVB
