GET IN THE KITCHEN: DAY SIXTY SIX WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?

Do you have the capability to prepare and make the food that you enjoy the most? When you were little was there anyone that showed you the art of cooking? Did you have the desire to learn? What kind of progress did you make through the years? What is your relationship with food? I strongly believe we should ALL at least have the ability to create our favorite meal, be able to present/share with someone else, and truly be proud of our own unique cuisine. There is something so connecting in having the skills to make food for someone. What is your relationship with your kitchen? Every kitchen is filled with a wide variety of different elements. There is the space and the appliances, what is in refriegerator and who is holding space and creating in the kitchen. I love a wide open Light filled kitchen where I can roam, toss, chop, spread my elbows, and have access to all the wonderful special tools, utensils, bowls, mixers, blenders surrounded by sweet, spicy freshness where I can experiment, taste test, and get lost with my taste budding creativity of presenting an unforgettable item. My philiosophy of cooking is "Every bite is A New Bite; Sweet&Spicy" Some of my dishes have 15+ items all intermixed/smashed/collated, but will bring you a joy from the moment it hits your lips, making its way down the chute, and settling in your belly. My specialty is Mexican (tostadas, enchilladas, burritos, guacamole), Argentinian BBQ (asado & choripan), Sunday Brunch Scramble with Mint Fruit Salad and a wide variety of rice & grain dishes that will leave you asking for more. Since I am a dedicated vegan (Greens & Grains all Day Long) and cherish the beauty of SELF from the inside out, I do my best to reach out to quality fresh organic source foods that are grown with heart and good for mine and those I feed. Please don't fear your kitchen, throw away your mircowave, canned/boxed/frozen processed foods and seek out some simple tasty recipes and have a go at COOKING. Yes cooking people, what one does to eat. Have fun learning new things about you, your taste buds, and what yumminess is out there for you and your company. There is so much to discover in the kitchen. Cooking can be a science, a hobby, a delicious love, or a beautiful opportunity to share/celebrate. Have a picnic, cuddle on the couch, fancy it up by candle light, or provide service in bed with proper style & kick. Whatever brings you joy with food, be creative, and be memorable. Find your speciality and DIG IN. Bon Appetito- RVB
