LAY LOW: DAY FIFTY THREE WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
I am the type of person that has been places at all hours of the day and night, been around and seeped into a wide variety of culture and ambiance, but it seems that I thrive and strive to know and experience more. Always exploring the unknown is on my mind, Where is my next adventure, a question that many ask when they are in the that speechless discomfort state of not knowing what to ask next. Instead of talking about the weather, people seem to ask about where I plan to explore next. The way I travel I do my best to put myself in places where locals would gather, enjoy a a busy lunch sitting at the counter or at a communal table. Seek out someone who usually doesn't get any attention, since most of the times, those are the types of souls that enjoy sharing the most, but of course due to that isolated head lay low lifestyle, sometimes it is the opposite and that person wants nothing to do with you. I am all about integration. Getting to the bottom foundation of life, cause root of all knowing, and a core understanding of what makes people do what they decide to do. I guess you would call it a anthro-psychology curiosity of the deep instilled knowledge that people have from within and the actions they take to share that spirit. When I go out into my day or leave to begin a long journey, my papa always gives me the advice "Hunker Down, keep your Head Down, and Lay Low." He isn't insisting I avoid or deprive myself of what is out their to enjoy, but to stray away from conflict, don't mess around within any unwanted grounds, or just to "keep my nose clean" of any future issues that would cause strife. The past principal/teacher within him always desires the best for me. A yes man full of history, love of people, and desire to fill his curious mind with newness. A sometimes stubborn soul, stuck, stale, and stiff at times, but all and all a lay low kind of guy that loves me always. So when you prioritize the time in your life to journey out beyond your city and you enter into a newly discovered dwelling change up your style of exploring. Observe with silence and a smile. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations while breaking down fears. You never know what will arrive in that space of yours, it might even allow you to meet someone you never thought would come into your life, or give you an idea to start a project that will make an impact. Create your own style, walk with pride, indulge with patience & alertness. Understand that the world offers loving gifts for ALL of us, just have to be open and willing to receive/utilize them to the best of your ability. Test the waters, drink and eat locally, be good to yourself ,and celebrate all that YOU ARE. Keep building, keep living, keep creating- RVB

Must say: "This One Takes Me Close to Home"... Your papa reminds me a lot of my (late) father. Advice always well-spoken and for the most part well received. And albeit "jovial" life well lived I'm certain they (your papa, my dad) march/marched to the "Beat of a Different Drum!" Agreed! Share, Do, Be, Delve into the souls of those seemingly lost with a sullen demeanor for EVERYONE... has a history "story" to share but perhaps has never been given the opportunity to be heard - w/Peace & Much Affection keep sharing "Your" Joy, Love, & Stories ~ Tessa
